How it works?

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Complete a Brief Questionnaire
    After signing up, you’ll receive an email with a link to the ProListAssist Questionnaire to finalize your listing details. This helps us understand your requirements and tailor the listings to your preferences.

  2. Upload Photos and Notes
    We’ll also provide access to Google Drive for uploading photos and a Google Sheet for listing details such as SKUs, condition notes, and feedback. You’ll receive these links in our onboarding email.

  3. Once you’ve uploaded your photos and completed the forms, please send us a quick message via Live Chat (bottom right on our website). Since Google Drive doesn’t send automatic notifications, your message lets us know to start working on your uploads right away.

  4. We Create Your Drafts
    Using eBay’s multi-user access (MUA), we’ll begin drafting your listings based on the information you’ve provided. Once they’re ready, we’ll notify you via Live Chat and include a screenshot showing the Titles, SKUs, and listing dates for reference.

  5. You Publish the Listings
    Once you're satisfied with the drafts, you can publish the listings at your convenience. Need any revisions? Just send us a message, and we’ll take care of it.

Note: We handle the creation and optimization of your listings, but we are not responsible for publishing them. You will need to review and send them live.

How long does it take to complete the drafts?
Drafts usually take 24-48 hours to complete, depending on the volume of uploads. We review each listing thoroughly before notifying you that they are ready to be published. We strive to process and publish them as quickly as possible.

How many listings do you handle per day?
If you have a specific daily listing goal, we can accommodate that. For example, if you want to list 10 items per day, we recommend providing 20-30 listings at a time to ensure a steady flow.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of listings required?
YES, there is a minimum of 25 Listings, but there is no maximum requirement. We believe by ordering a minimum of 25 Listings at a time, this enables you to build your business. As you progress to a larger volume, ProListAssist can accommodate your needs.

Can I customize my listings with ProListAssist?
Yes, we offer a tailored approach where we can align and follow your templates and styles as needed. Just let us know your preferences, and we'll ensure your listings reflect your brand identity and approach. Of course, if we can not accomodate something we will let you know. 

Can I review the listings before they go live?
Yes, you should review the drafts before they are published to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. We offer unlimited free revisions, so if you need any changes, please let us know through our group chat or via your listing sheet provided.

Can I get all my listings promoted?
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the "Promote Your Listings" feature because we use eBay’s quick listing tool, which only allows us to create and edit drafts. This tool doesn’t include the option to promote listings. To promote your listings, you’ll need to do that directly through your eBay account after we’ve completed the drafts.
After we create your drafts, you can manually promote your listings directly through your eBay account. Use eBay's dynamic ad rate strategy for automatic, competitive updates, or set a fixed ad rate for consistent promotion. This ensures your listings stay visible without requiring daily manual adjustments.
